So, that’s how it is.
NEEDLESS airs every Thursday night, starting from July 02 (so, virtually it’s July 03).
Well, even after thinking it over, I’m not sure what exactly to say about this anime. ‘Concentrated madness from Madhouse’ – that’s what it is. NEEDLESS has a lot of everything – muscles, tits and superpowers. Set in a fictional world, where the 3rd World War did happen, the story revolves around a group of people, called ‘needless’, as they are not needed and are feared for possessing different supernatural abilities. It’s too early to dwell on the characters – see for yourself. I wasn’t quite impressed, though. There are hundreds of action animes, and surely you’ll find similarities… But, first of all, it’s a Madhouse anime, so it’s, at least, worth trying. Secondly, it’s weird & crazy.
It’s not an anime, that gives the sensation of the real world. When I watched it, I was like all the time aware, that it’s animated manga. And, you know, I liked it. The art is harsh and audacious, especially I like the way the weapons and cars are drawn. All in all, the anime is violental and sexy, and overdynamic.
One more thing. Boys, don’t let your girlfriends see the ending xD but make sure to see it yourselves – it contains kissing lolis ^_^
That’s all I’ve got to say right now. I gave it 7/10 after the first episode, as I can’t decide, if it’s an epic fail or epic win >.< For me, it lacks something. Sense, prabably?
