It’s so beautiful that I even cried. Everything is brilliant. The story is perfect. The art is magnificent. The voice actors perform wonderfully. The music is awesome.
I already love everything about it.
I couldn’t give it anything, but 10. I wasn’t mistaken.
Now I pass on the story, just to give you some kind of general idea, if you still hesitate whether to watch it or not.
Gauche Suede is 18, and works as a Letter Bee, so he basically is given permisson to deliver letters and the likes all over the country called Amberground. Since it’s a dark fantasy story, of course it’s mostly the country of eternal night. The artificial sun shines only upon the capital, Akatsuki. But only the chosen few can enter the city.
One day Gauche gets the task to deliver a letter, however, the letter turns out to be a little boy, named Lag Seeing. At that time, Lag is only 7, and extremely cute ^_^ Their travel across the country is quite dangerous, because Gaichuu aka armored insects are always on the look-out for human flesh. They can’t be shot by any usual weapon, but only by Shinganjuu, aka heart-bullet gun. Basically, it is loaded with a fragment of a person’s heart.
That’s where I stop. Go see it yourself. Plenty of info given in the 1st ep, so I’m sure that many people will come to love it. Btw, Gauche is voiced by Fukuyama Jun (we know him so well, that it seems he’s in every anime), Lag is voiced by Sawashiro Miyuki (also voiced Canaan and several other good characters).
